My husband and I have had the opportunity to stay in 5-star hotels throughout Europe and the US, but now we don't have to travel far to have a world-class experience. The Hotel Arista in Naperville exceeded our expectations. We celebrated his Halloween birthday at the hotel and luxuriated in cuddle-soft bath robes, silky smooth cotton sheets, feather pillows and a mattress Goldilocks would gladly have given up her porridge for. The giant TV screen with more stations than I knew existed was just one of the many electronic extras in the room. If that weren't enough to make us happy, the staff were outstanding. From the initial reservation to the personal assistant assigned to us, our every need was addressed. Replete with a complimentary gourmet Halloween birthday cake for my hubby, the evening was memorable. Whether you will host out of town guests for the holidays, associates for business or you just want to get away and be pampered, look no further than the corner of Route 59 and Ferry Road.
Thank you Hotel Arista, I will certainly return!

I stayed there for one night on business, I used to stay at the Holiday Inn Select in Naperville and I am so glad that I changed. A colleague suggested the Arista and I will never go back to the old Holiday Inn Select. From the moment the door man opened the door to the moment I checked out I felt like I was in a very nice and classy hotel. The staff is friendly and even showed me to my room to demonstrate the room features, where do you get that service as a lonely business traveller? The price was very reasonable and the rooms are just great: spacious, everything is new and the bathroom is just great. The Arista is probably the best business hotel I stayed at for a long time and the next time I go back to Naperville, I will for sure rest my tired business travelling body again there.

Having stayed in many downtown chicago and surrounding suburban hotels, I must say that my Hotel Arista experience was the best. The rooms were clean, elegant, and comfortable. The staff "greeted" me at as I walked into the lobby and knew who I was before I made it to the front desk. My stay was a real pleasure and will be repeated very soon.
