Please read these terms of use carefully before using this website (the "Site) or making a reservation, as they contain binding legal terms, conditions, and obligations. 

The documents, data, information, and other materials contained on the Site are provided by CityGate Centre Hotel LLC (the "Hotel") exclusively for non-commercial, individual use by prospective and confirmed guests to inquire about or make travel reservations and related services and for no other purpose (collectively, "Authorized Users"). 

By accessing, viewing, and/or using this Site or any of its services, functions, materials, or contents (including to transmit, cache, or store information), you shall be deemed to have read and agree to each and all the terms, without modification. If you are not an Authorized User, and if you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Site, including without limitation to make a reservation or download any Materials from it. If you do not agree with these terms, please leave the Site immediately. 

The Hotel reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. 

 

HOTEL POLICIES.

The below hotel policies are considered a part of our reservations agreement with you. They are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Hotel and the Authorized User.

  • BEST RATE GUARANTEE. When you book directly with the Hotel we guarantee you the best price available for your chosen rooms or special offer packages.  If you find a lower rate elsewhere online within 24 hours of making your reservation on hotelarista.com and the rate is for the same date(s), same room type, the same number of guests, and the same rate terms or restrictions, we will honor the lower rate. The Best Online Rate Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. Group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, association rates or rates that are part of a travel package do not qualify.

  • GUARANTEE TERMS. All reservations require a credit card upon booking for guarantee.

  • CANCELLATION TERMS. Cancellation policies vary based on the rate booked. The hotel’s standard cancellation is up to 24 hours prior to check-in (4:00pm).

  • NO SHOW TERMS. Reservation no-shows will result in one (1) night room and tax being charged to the card presented for guarantee.

  • HOTEL TERMS.

    • Check-In: 4:00pm

    • Check-Out: 11:00am

  • TAXES. All rates and fees are subject to applicable state and local taxes, including, without limitation, hotel/motel taxes and sales taxes.  The applicable tax rates are subject to change at any time.  Customer shall be responsible for all such taxes in addition to the amounts set forth herein.

  • ADDITIONAL OCCUPANCY CHARGES. A charge of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) will be added for each additional person beginning with the third person sharing a room, up to a maximum of four (4) occupants in any one room.  Children eighteen (18) years and under may share the same room with a parent or legal guardian at no additional charge.

  • INCIDENTAL HOLD TERMS. Upon arrival an initial credit card authorization will be taken to cover the total amount of room and tax for entire stay plus an additional allowance up to $250 for incidentals. In case of non–consumption of incidentals, the $250 will be released upon departure to your card issuer. Upon hotel release of card authorization, timeline of release to guest account is subject to the cardholder issuer. For an estimated time of release, you may contact your card issuer at the phone number located on the back of your card. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse services to unpaid guests; other incidentals consumed within the hotel must be settled on or before departure. Cash will not be accepted for an incidental hold.

  • REGISTRATION TERMS. Minimum age to check-in / register is 21. As the safety and security of our guests is paramount, all reservations are subject to a verification process. The first and last legal name as listed on valid photo ID must be listed on any reservation for check-in to be authorized. Any individual not named will be denied access to the room. Address must match the billing address registered to the card. Card holder name given must match card holder name listed with the card issuing bank institution. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Because data privacy is a critical focus for us, any suspected fraud is reported to local authorities immediately.

  • PARKING. Self-parking is complimentary, and valet is available for a nominal fee.

  • SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES. There are safe deposit boxes in every guest room for your personal property, and you acknowledge that the Hotel’s liability for the loss of such personal property is limited to $500.

  • PET POLICY. Pets (including emotional support animals) are not permitted. Legal service animals welcome.

  • SMOKING POLICY. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas and/or outdoor areas at least 25 feet from any door or window. Use of the following but not limited to is strictly prohibited: cigarettes, smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vape or smoking cartridges of any kind, hookahs, incense, cigars, candle burning. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fee automatically assessed to the registered guest folio.

  • NOISE, GATHERINGS, DISTURBANCE TERMS. The Hotel prides itself on ensuring all guests on property have an enjoyable experience. All guest floors are considered quite zones and excessive noise is prohibited. Guests will receive one warning for excessive noise by Hotel management. The Hotel has the right upon a second warning to the guestroom to apply a disturbance fee up to $500.00.

  • PARTY POLICY TERMS. The Hotel recognizes that celebrations are important to our guests, and we offer several alternative options for guests to enjoy. Please contact the Hotel prior to your arrival to discuss these options to plan your celebration. The Hotel has a strict non-party policy in our guest rooms which prohibits the following:

    • Outside liquor in guest room

    • Coolers are not allowed in the Hotel or in the Hotel guest rooms.

    • No more than 4 registered guests are allowed in each guestroom at any time. The Hotel reserves the right to ask any guest in violation of this policy to leave the hotel, with the guests responsible for any charges already or potentially incurred.

    • Non-registered guests in any guestroom.

    • Open flame of any type (inclusive of candles, lighters, cigarettes, cigars, etc.).

    • Other activities that may take away from another guest's experience.

    • Damage done to Hotel property will result in additional fees to the registered guest's folio and applied to the credit card on file.

  • EXCESSIVE CLEANING TERMS. If rooms are damaged or left with a need for excessive cleaning, guests will be charged corresponding excessive cleaning fees of $50.00 to $500.00. Rose petal, confetti, and other scattered décor pickup starts at $50.00 for Standard Guestrooms and $100.00 for Suites. In the event a room is required to be placed out of order any additional night(s) so that it may be returned to our standards, a fee in the amount of our prevailing best available rate those night(s) will be charged in addition to the accrued excessive cleaning fee.

  • DAMAGE OR TAMPERING WITH FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS.  The Hotel reserves the right to act against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including smoke detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.  Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel as a result and will be evicted from the Hotel.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY ON PROPERTY. Our first priority is the experience of our guests so we have a strict policy against the use of any of our facilities for unauthorized professional or commercial photography or videography. No commercial photography or video is permitted without written consent from Hotel management. Guests cannot use professional equipment or lighting and must respect others' privacy while on property. Unauthorized professional photographers or videographers will be asked to leave the property.
