Terms and conditions

  • Package Inclusions: Each package includes one teddy bear. Additional bears may be added for an additional fee.
  • Reservation Details: Please specify the number of children on the reservation to ensure the correct amenity count and allocation of VIP passes.
  • Gelato Pass: The gelato voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services or amenities. It is valid for one serving per child and must be redeemed during the stay. Expiration dates and additional restrictions may apply.
  • Item Usage: All amenity items are for on-property use, except for the teddy bear, coloring book with crayons, and the VIP pass with a free gelato voucher, which guests may take home.
  • Eligibility: Package is available daily, subject to availability, with blackout dates applying. Advance reservations are required, and rates are based on double occupancy.
